SÖK is the operational management application of The Stamp, designed exclusively for the internal staff of venues and nightlife establishments. It is not a public consumer application.
Its use is restricted to employees and collaborators previously registered by the venue administrator.
SÖK does not independently collect user data. The only data present in the application is what the venue administrator has previously entered when creating staff accounts:
No location data, contacts, photos, or any other device data is collected beyond what is strictly necessary for secure authentication.
Operational data associated with an event (access records, scan activity) is ephemeral by design. Once an event is closed, activity data is not used for any additional purpose.
Staff account data (name, email, role) is retained while the account remains active in the venue's system. The administrator can delete it at any time.
No. Data processed in SÖK is never sold, transferred, or shared with third parties under any circumstances. Information remains exclusively between the venue and The Stamp as the technical provider.
