These Terms of Service (these "Terms") describe your rights and responsibilities when accessing and/or using our website (including any successor URL(s)), our mobile application, and any related software, documentation, and online, mobile-enabled, and/or digital services provided by the stamp (collectively, the "Service").

1. Our Service

1.1 Eligibility

This is a contract between you and The stamp. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. The Service is not available to any Users previously removed by The stamp.

1.2 Service Rules

You agree not to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, transmit malware, interfere with security, harvest personal data, impersonate others, access through unauthorized means, or bypass controls.

2. Privacy - Data Security

2.1 Privacy

Use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, including processing in the United States.

2.2 Security

We use reasonable safeguards but cannot guarantee unauthorized access will never occur.

3. Our Proprietary Rights

3.1 The Stamp Content

Except for User Content, the Service and all materials therein ("The Stamp Content") are owned by The Stamp or its licensors. No license is granted except as expressly stated.

3.2 Usage Data

We may collect diagnostic and usage data ("Usage Data"). To the extent any rights vest in you, you assign them to The Stamp. We may use Usage Data for any lawful purpose, including de-identified/aggregated analytics sharing.

3.3 FeedBack

You grant The Stamp a perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, royalty-free license (with sublicense rights) to use feedback.

4. General

4.1 Cooperation

You will use best efforts to assist The Stamp with lawful requests related to your account, content, integrations, or transactions.

4.2 Notices - Changes

We may provide notices via the application through the Service. We may modify these Terms - the "Last modified" date will be updated for material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

4.3 Entire Agreement - Severability

These Terms and referenced policies are the entire agreement - if any provision is invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
